Budtenders are always really nice and very helpful. Unlike other places they will be honest and tell you what is good instead of trying to sell you the most expensive stuff. Also they are always open holidays, snowdays, open late and early. Also they have awesome discounts and they are really good about returns if something isn't right.

I HIGHLY doubt you purchased moldy weed from this place considering I've been going here, along with my friends for a LONG time and we have YET to find ANY issues with ANY products sold here. HOWEVER if somehow, by some STRANGE action they happen to have actually sold you bad weed, yes, they will correct the issue.
